The Lightweight Parka for women is a fully waterproof all-weather shell: an extra waterproof layer for the winter, a light breathable jacket for the summer. This raincoat handily folds into your bag or purse. Easily transforms into a poncho for use on bike or e-scooter. Made from 77 recycled PET bottles.
