RETURNING SOMETHING:
If you want to return something, please send us a message by e-mail and we will send you a return label by e-mail.
Return costs are at your own expense unless we have delivered something incorrectly.
In case of an exchange, the new article will be sent free of charge!

SALE items may not be exchanged with the exception of clothing and shoes (return within 1 week of delivery)
Returns:
1.1 After the client has received the item ordered by him/her, the client has the authority to dissolve the underlying agreement with ByNord within eight (8) days after receiving this item. The client does not have to provide a reason for this.
1.2 If the client wishes to dissolve the agreement pursuant to article 1.1 of these terms and conditions, the client must return the item in its proper and undamaged packaging, after consultation with ByNord by email ([email protected]). In this case, the client must bear the cost and risk of shipping.
1.3 ByNord will refund payments received from the Client no later than seven (7) days after receipt of the return.
ByNord reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid, if it is suspected that the item has already been opened, used or due to the fault of the client (other than ByNord or the supplier of the item) has been contaminated
