Sculptural and soft, Vessel 02 by Icelandic artist KristínSigurðardóttir expresses an earthy warmth inspired by textural ceramic forms. Created from a mixture of hand-made paper with textural patterns, and digital collage - a sense of depth is brought to the composition through the use of shadow that grounds the object within its surroundings. Striking yet humble, the work is an ode to objects that demand to be touched.
